Artensia was founded to do one thing well: provide a clear, defensible clinical opinion on the occupational health cases that decide how a matter is handled — the complex, the contested, and the formal-process case where the report has to stand up.

Every case is scoped, assessed and reported on personally by Dr Christopher Levy. Reports are written to be used, not filed away. Clinical reasoning is stated clearly enough to be relied upon in a formal process, and defensible enough to withstand scrutiny if the case reaches tribunal.

• DOccMed (FOM) — Diploma in Occupational Medicine, Faculty of Occupational Medicine
• HSE Appointed Doctor — Asbestos, Lead, Ionising Radiation
• GMC-registered with a licence to practise

Dr Levy trained in general medicine and surgery before moving into occupational medicine and establishing Artensia as an independent specialist practice. He brings over 25 years of clinical experience, more than a third of it in occupational health, across sectors including transport, construction, manufacturing, energy, healthcare, finance and professional services.

The Practice Model

Artensia is a solo specialist consultancy — physician-led, remote, and set up to deliver a specific service to a specific audience:

• Personal throughout — the doctor you speak to at scoping is the doctor who conducts the assessment and writes the report
• Physician input where it is needed — instructed directly by employers, and alongside in-house teams and established occupational health providers on cases that call for an experienced physician opinion
• Remote by design — video consultation is the default mode of delivery, enabling national reach and faster appointments; in-person consultation is arranged only in genuinely exceptional cases
• Focused — Artensia does one thing: independent occupational health opinion on cases that matter, whether by full management referral or as advisory input
